Trinity Completes Interior Schemes for Herne Bay Ridge
Trinity was selected as the Interior Designer for the upcoming and upmarket Herne Bay Ridge development at 158 Jervois Road, Herne Bay. This exclusive development incorporates 3 apartments with panoramic sea views, 3 terrace houses with city views and 3 ground level home office studios.
The project brief was to create 3 distinct interior schemes to appeal to a wide cross section of potential purchasers. The scope of work included hard fit out finishes and fittings together with full kitchen and bathroom designs.
The project also included the transformation of the existing villa currently positioned on the site into a showroom to show case the proposed interior finishes, plans and perspectives of the development. Trinity's responsibility included the overall design and project management of the renovation of this space, overseeing the trades and ensuring the project was completed to a high standard and within the tight timeline given.
